Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast who was born on March 14, 1997 in the city of Columbus, Ohio. Biles is believed to be among the top athletes. Biles was the very first gymnast from the United States to ever win four gold medals during one Games. in Rio de Janeiro, she also became the first woman to ever win successive World All-Around championships. Biles was born within Spring Texas, in the Houston metro region. Biles and her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone first became interested in gymnastics when she was just six. Her coach Aimee Borman brought her to Bannon's Gymnastix and they took them on an outing. Biles was awarded a gold medal in floor exercise and a bronze in vault at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010 before breaking into the top level of competition in 2011. In less than two years, she was the best in her sport. Biles stood out for her constant performance her enthusiasm and level of challenge she made throughout each competition--vault bars that were uneven, balance beam and ground exercise.
