Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is an arbitrator on television for Caso Cerrado. She also hosts Ana Polo Rules. Ana Polo Gonzalez was born and raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami at the age of two. Born in Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo is the host of renowned Telemundo show "Caso Cerrado" which was the first Spanish language program nominated for a Daytime Entertainment Emmy(r) Award. It was also was ranked in 2015 as the number one Spanish-language program at 4pm across important demos. Polo completed her studies at Florida International University with a political science degree. The place she was born was Havana on the 11th of April 1959. After obtaining her PhD from the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for nearly 20 years. Polo was first shown to television audiences in 2001 through Telemundo's show Sala de Parejas (2001) as well as other court shows in which her legal expertise was tapped. Ana Maria Matute left Spain for her home in the United States in 1960. Polo has a cancer-free breast and frequently gives speeches to raise funds. She has been a tireless campaigner for LGBT rights her entire career. Her law degree was awarded in 1987 from the University of Miami School of Law.
